I recently had the pleasure of having Auntie Lily as my confinement nanny in September 2024, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for her support. We got along really well, and her warmth made the whole experience so much easier.

Auntie Lily is incredibly knowledgeable and provided timely advice on caring for our newborn. As first-time parents, we appreciated her patience and encouragement, especially as I navigated breastfeeding and learned essential skills for caring for our baby. Her guidance made a world of difference.

Her high standards of hygiene were evident; she ensured the common living spaces where baby & I frequent was clean. Plus, her cooking was simply delicious! She took the time to consider my preferences and even prepared additional portions for my husband (and occasionally, family members) to enjoy. I really appreciated her openness to feedback on her cooking and her commitment to minimizing food waste—she would provide a list of grocery to purchase every few days and plan dishes using what was available in the house. Plus, she would always clean up after cooking, which we greatly valued.

Overall, having Auntie Lily around was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a caring and skilled confinement nanny!

We were very fortunate to have Aunty Lily as our confinement nanny. From the start, she impressed us with her cleanliness and high standards of hygiene, which gave us great peace of mind—especially with a newborn at home.

Aunty Lily took wonderful care of our baby with so much love, patience, and dedication. It was clear that she genuinely cared, and her experience really showed. Beyond just caring for the baby, she made sure I was well taken care of too, always reminding me to rest and nourishing me with healthy, delicious meals.

Very happy to be able to have Auntie Lily Woon support me during my confinement period! Very thankful to have her for take care of our 1st baby!!

Hygienic:

She is very mindful of baby hygiene and frequently change baby’s diaper as they poop and pee a lot in the first month. As my baby’s skin is quite sensitive, she takes good care of it and teaches on how to avoid diaper rash too. She keep our kitchen very very clean after she cooks!

Good with baby:

1st few bathing of baby, baby always cry, she was able to learn what he like best and now he doesn’t cry during bathing time and teaches us how to bath him as well.

Supportive:

She is very supportive of breastfeeding and give advices when I had engorgement during the first few days. Even though I did not direct latch, and only had 2 bottles, she frequently wash them and did not pressure me to purchase more bottles and also advice me bottle’s brands that might be suitable for my baby as he has gassy stomach and drinks too fast.

Food:

Auntie Lily cooks very well and will check on my diet preferences. She will frequently check if the food is to my liking. She also cook my husband’s share and we always enjoy all the dishes she cook and finish it. I will definitely miss her cooking!

She has been a great help in supporting me while I recover (as I have c-sec) and will take on night duties so that I can rest.

Would highly recommend her for 1st timer mummy like me as she is very knowledgeable on how to take care of baby and she is very concern of my well-being during this period. I am very thankful to have her as she makes it stress-free for me.

I think she is available 2nd half of the year, do book her soon as she is quite fully book this year!

Hi, I’m currently still doing my confinement with the help of aunty Lily. Aunty Lily has been a great help since her arrival. Due to contracting with covid just 2 weeks before my delivery, there were many things unprepared. On her arrival, she first took a shower to ensure she’s all clean before helping around. She quickly checked what items were short and made a list of things for my husband and mil to buy/prepare. Aunty Lily is very organized and is systematic in the way she does things from cooking to cleaning and feeding baby. She cooks not just for myself but also for my family and we all love her dishes. As I have a maid whose very new, aunty Lily is very nice to show her how to cook and teaches her how to shower and feed baby. Aunty Lily shares with us tips on confinement, how to handle baby and look for baby cues. She’s very particular about cleanliness and always remind my maid to wash her hands before handling baby items or food. Baby has also been growing well in her good hands. Definitely recommend her to anyone whose looking for a nanny. We will miss having her around and her food for sure!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank my nanny Lily, for all the tremendous assistance she has provided during my confinement. Lily is efficient, accommodating and proactive in looking after my baby and me. She is trustworthy and I’m glad that my baby is in her safe hands. Thank you aunty Lily for the great experience!

Keisha: Would like to say thank you to nanny Lily . As a first time mummy, there are a lot of things that I don’t know and the nanny really guide me a lot.

These are the followings that she helps us with during the confinement:-

1) She will take initiative to cook for my mother / MIL if she sees them around and will also ask me if she needs to cook extra

2) Always asking if her cooking is suitable for my taste bud and asked what I want to eat

3) She will always attend to the baby and ask me to get plenty of rest

4) very easy to communicate. I will tell her what are the dos and donts and she will follow it. If anything that i suggest will affect both me and baby’s health, she will voice out and tell me

Overall, she had been a great help to my family!
